We see our patients by appointment. Please call in advance so that we may schedule a time for you to be seen. We try to see all patients on time and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call the office to notify us immediately. Please try to give us 24 hours notice so that this time may be given to another patient.
Patients are responsible for providing requested reports, x-ray and ultrasound films, etc. at the time of the office visit.
In the event of an emergency situation after hours, call 630-810-0777 and ask the answering service to contact the doctor on call. In life threatening situations, go directly to the emergency room and ask them to contact the doctor on call.
If an urgent situation arises while the office is open, please call either office and one of our physicians will provide instructions directly or through office personnel.
